Grant Guidance
Reporting and Payment Instructions (GY 2025-26)
Final Progress Reports for 2025-26 funded projects, and Annual Progress Reports covering Year 1 of Track 3 Awards, are due on May 15, 2026. Each Final and Annual report includes a Final Payment Request, to be used (when needed) to request payment for completed and funded project objectives for which payment has not already been made. The correct report(s) are already in your grant portal and can be submitted as soon as all annual project objectives are complete.
Training Optional Add-On funding must be expended, with approved training completed, by March 31, 2026. Unused funding cannot be carried over, but this funding will be used to provide additional funds for GY2026-27 applications.

If (and only if) your Final or Annual Progress Report will include a reimbursement request for either Capacity Building or Training Optional Add-On funding, please download the 2025-2026 Summary Spreadsheet for Traditional Funding Categories. This document needs to be completed and uploaded to your final report, but only when requesting reimbursement for Capacity Building or Training Optional Add-On funding. | Spreadsheet
